ENGLISH TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Updated: July 1, 2025 7.56 PM UTC+07:00)

1. Before being shipped, plants will undergo a drying process to prevent decay during the shipping journey.
   • Handling time for Indonesia: 0–1 business day (Mon–Sat)
   • Handling time for International (DHL/EMS/Air Cargo): 7–20 business days (Mon–Sun)
2. Our packaging standard involves sturdy cardboard boxes with air holes for plant circulation, not fully sealed to avoid decay. Succulents are wrapped in paper/tissue, with extra protection for certain types.
3. Product photos are for illustration only. Actual plants may differ in size, shape, or flowers.
4. We do not guarantee that international shipments will arrive in perfect condition, as each country’s customs can affect delivery times and outcomes. Please check your country’s customs regulations before ordering.
5. Minimum order for international: Rp 3,000,000 / USD 184. Minimum order for Indonesia: Rp 100,000 / USD 6.
6. By purchasing, you confirm understanding of all applicable import and quarantine rules. Please add any special instructions in your order notes, including ADDITIONAL DECLARATION and TREATMENT for Phyto Certificates if needed.
7. International orders require your import permit to process the Phyto Certificate. If your country does not require an import permit, provide an official link stating so. Otherwise, we cannot process the Phyto Certificate.
8. We cannot control customs actions. We are not responsible for any unilateral customs decisions, such as delays, detentions, or package returns, even with full documents from the Indonesian quarantine office.
   NO REFUNDS will be issued for these cases.
9. Return & Refund Policy:
   
   • Return window: 1 day after order is received (formality only, not practical for live plants).
   • Return method: By mail. Customer pays all shipping and handling costs.
   • Restocking fee: 99% of product price (any returned item will be refunded only 1% of original price).
   • Refund processing time: 360 days from approval of return.
10. Estimated delivery time:
    • Estimated total delivery time Indonesia: 2–8 business days
    • Estimated total delivery time International (DHL, EMS, Air Cargo): 10–27 business days
    Delivery time may vary depending on customs and logistics in your country.

SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN BAHASA INDONESIA (Diperbaharui: 1 Juli 2025 19:56 WIB)

1. Sebelum dikirim, tanaman akan dijemur untuk mencegah pembusukan selama perjalanan.
   • Handling time Indonesia: 0–1 hari kerja (Senin–Sabtu)
   • Handling time International (DHL/EMS/Kargo Udara): 7–20 hari kerja (Senin–Minggu)
2. Pengemasan menggunakan kardus tebal berlubang untuk sirkulasi. Sukulen dibungkus kertas/tisu, dengan perlindungan tambahan sesuai jenisnya.
3. Foto produk hanya ilustrasi. Bentuk, ukuran, dan bunga tanaman bisa berbeda dari foto.
4. Kami tidak dapat menjamin tanaman sampai dengan kondisi sempurna karena peraturan bea cukai tiap negara berbeda. Silakan cek aturan bea cukai negara Anda sebelum memesan.
5. Order minimal internasional: Rp 3.000.000 / USD 184. Order minimal Indonesia: Rp 100.000 / USD 6.
6. Dengan membeli, Anda dianggap paham dan setuju terhadap seluruh peraturan impor, karantina, dan catatan di atas. Tambahkan catatan atau instruksi khusus pada kolom order jika diperlukan.
7. Order internasional wajib melampirkan izin impor untuk pembuatan Sertifikat Phyto. Jika negara Anda tidak mewajibkan izin impor, lampirkan link resmi aturan tersebut. Jika tidak, pengajuan Sertifikat Phyto tidak dapat diproses.
8. Kami tidak dapat mengontrol tindakan bea cukai, serta tidak bertanggung jawab atas keputusan sepihak bea cukai, termasuk penahanan/retur paket walaupun dokumen sudah lengkap dari karantina Indonesia.
   TIDAK ADA PENGEMBALIAN UANG untuk kasus ini.
9. Kebijakan Retur & Refund:
   • Retur hanya dapat diajukan 1 hari setelah barang diterima (hanya formalitas, tidak relevan untuk tanaman hidup).
   • Metode retur: Via pos, ongkir dan biaya kirim ditanggung pembeli sepenuhnya.
   • Biaya restock: 99% dari harga produk (jika ada retur, hanya dikembalikan 1% dari harga aslinya).
   • Proses refund: 360 hari sejak retur disetujui.
10. Estimasi waktu pengiriman:
    • Estimasi total waktu pengiriman Indonesia: 2–8 hari kerja
    • Estimasi total waktu pengiriman Luar Negeri (DHL, EMS, Kargo Udara): 10–27 hari kerja
    Lama pengiriman tergantung proses bea cukai & logistik negara tujuan.
